BY COMMISSIONING ME,YOU ARE AGREEING TO EVERYTHING BELOW:1. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason such as the character design being extremely detailed, pose is too complex, or even if the idea itself makes me uncomfortable to draw, thus making me unable to draw it.2. As an artist, I reserve all rights and ownership of the commissioned illustration, including the right to publish it on my social media platforms, create speed paints, and feature it in my portfolio.3. Commissions are ONLY for personal use! [UNLESS DISCUSSED OTHERWISE] Don't claim my art as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other social media platforms. Do NOT edit, sell, reproduce, or profit from it!4. NO NFT use!5. I will put a watermark on the commission(s), which CANNOT be removed/cropped out!6. I can upload your finished piece to my social media. If you wish to make your art commission private and not be published in my social media, then it may cost extra fees.7. As an intermediate artist, I only work with finished character designs. I do not work based on descriptions alone.8. With regards to the character design, I am also allowed to modify or remove some designs, especially if there are complex patterns, unless you can provide me with the PNG files for it. But if not, and you still want me to draw it, then I will charge extra fees.9. Please BE PATIENT! Do NOT RUSH me.10. Please be responsible with the files. Inform me immediately if you accidentally deleted the file or something because I won't be keeping the file for too long in my storage.11. Lastly, please be informed that my style is slowly evolving and improving. There might be some slight changes between my samples and the final output.PROCESS1. Please send references & descriptions (pose, expression, colors, etc.)2. Revisions can ONLY be made in the sketching stage.3. Major revision(s) are allowed during the initial sketch, NO major changes once the sketch is finalised.4. Any changes/revisions after the sketch stage has been approved can only be color revisions.5. I'll ONLY be giving 3 UPDATES to you - finalised sketch, line art progress, & base color progress.PAYMENT & REFUND TERMS1. Full Payment UPFRONT (Unless discussed otherwise)2. 1. As listed in the Commission Information section, services have a maximum of 2 revisions (ONLY APPLICABLE to the sketching stage).2. An initial sketch will be sent to the client for approval, then a cleaner sketch will be sent again for the second approval.3. As stated in the terms above, once the sketch is finalised, there will be no more major changes afterwards.4. If there are mistakes from my side such as wrong or missing details, I will fix it for free.5. Rest assured, you will be given a high resolution file, which is a PNG file, along with its different versions (if there are any), and with a small watermark.
